3. Products and Orders

We sell custom bunting, safety flagging, backstroke flags and printed products.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
• Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Prices exclude GST
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed

Accepted payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer.

5. Custom Orders & Artwork Approval

For all custom printed products:

• You are responsible for ensuring all artwork, spelling, colours and design details are correct before approval
• A proof will be provided for approval prior to production
• Once you approve artwork, no further changes can be made

By approving artwork, you accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the design, including spelling, layout and colours.

6. Production & Turnaround Times

• Production times are estimates only and may vary based on workload and order size
• We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines but do not guarantee delivery dates

Typical turnaround time is 5–7 business days. If you need your order by a certain date please let our team know and we will do our best to help you.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed
• Risk in goods passes to you once dispatched

8. Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to:

• A refund, replacement or repair if a product is:
  • Faulty or defective
  • Not as described
  • Not fit for its intended purpose

Change of Mind

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind
• Custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are faulty

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website is owned by or licensed to us
• You must not reproduce or use our content without permission

For custom designs:

• You confirm you have the right to use any logos, images or artwork you provide
• We are not responsible for copyright infringement of supplied materials
