We’re happy to offer a refund up until your artwork is approved. If we’ve already done any artwork set‑up or design work for you, a 25% cancellation fee may apply to cover that time.

Because everything we make is custom crafted just for you, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun. After approval, your order goes straight onto our printers or into our factory — no turning back!

We work hard to make sure every product matches the specs on our website and meets your expectations. If something’s not quite right, please email us as soon as possible with a description of the issue and some photos. We’ll jump on it quickly and do everything we can to reach a fast, fair resolution.
